Applications are processed entirely online through Cancillería’s official visa portal, and the first visitor’s visa must always be processed at a Colombian consulate abroad. Colombia does not offer Visa on Arrival. As with all Colombia Visa categories, the final decision on approval rests solely with the competent Colombian consular authorities.
Eligibility
