Lithuania Business Visa (Schengen Business Visa)
The Lithuania Business Visa is a Schengen short-stay Category C visa issued to foreign nationals travelling to Lithuania to discuss matters with business representatives, participate in scientific, educational, professional, or company meetings and conferences, negotiate agreements, or attend trade fairs and seminars related to their professional activity. As Lithuania is part of the Schengen area, this visa permits a stay of up to 90 days within any 180-day period across the Schengen area, provided Lithuania is the applicant’s main business destination. Applications are submitted through the Lithuanian Migration Information System (MIGRIS) or at the relevant Lithuanian Diplomatic Mission or authorized Visa Application Centre. As with all Lithuania visa categories, the decision to approve a Business Visa application rests solely with the competent Lithuanian authorities, based on the documentation submitted.
