  • Usage Data refers to information collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Services or from the Service infrastructure itself (e.g., duration of a page visit, IP address).
  • User or You means the individual accessing or using the Services, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual accesses the Services.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

i) Personal Data

To avail of our end-to-end visa and travel Services, You will be required to provide certain personally identifiable information necessary for profile evaluation, document preparation, and application filing. This information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email address and Phone number
  • First name, last name, and Demographic data (Age/DOB, Gender)
  • Residential Address, State, ZIP/Postal code, City
  • Passport and OCI details
  • Bank account details, financial source verification, and tax history mappings
  • Employment details, employer letters, and educational qualifications (such as Anabin recognition or APS certification)
  • Medical records and history (for specific requirements like Schengen health insurance setups or Singapore health screening matrices)
  • Biometric information (as required by specific embassies/consulates)
  • Photographs

You have the option to not provide certain data requested by us. However, in case You choose to withhold necessary Personal Data, we may not be able to provide accurate visa application handling or travel bookings. We will not be liable for the denial of Services arising from Your decision to withhold required information.

Usage Data is collected automatically when You use our website. This may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, the pages of our Services that You visit, time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

iii) Children’s Privacy Protection

We do not knowingly process the personal data of children (persons under the age of 18 years) without obtaining verifiable parental or lawful guardian consent. When handling Dependent & Family Visas  or Student Visas for minors, we mandate that parents or legal guardians provide the requisite consent and documentation. If we become aware that we have collected personal data of a child without required consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data.

  • Marketing & Updates: To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about other mobility services (like the Germany Opportunity Card or Canada Express Entry). You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

INFORMATION SHARING

We may share Your personal information in accordance with applicable law and only on the basis of a valid legal ground. Specifically, Your Personal Data may be shared in the following circumstances:

  • Government & Diplomatic Missions: To process Your visa, OCI, or passport request, we must share Your personal information with the respective government, diplomatic mission, embassy, or their authorized service providers (e.g., VFS systems, ICA systems). Once shared, the protection of Your data is governed by the respective authority’s privacy framework.
  • Travel & Educational Partners: With airlines, hotels, and universities for securing travel arrangements, issuing CAS letters, or verifying institutional sponsorships.
  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors for payment processing, IT support, and data analytics.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: When required by law, court, or governmental agency for the verification of identity, or for the prevention, detection, and investigation of cyber incidents or offenses.
  • Protection of Biometric Data: We do not independently store or share Biometric data for marketing. Any biometric data handling required for visa processing is done securely and strictly routed through official embassy guidelines or their authorized biometric collection centers.

ACCESSING AND UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to access, correct, update, and erase your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. On receipt of such a request at contact@shivanshconsultants.com, we will take reasonable steps to process the same within a reasonable time, subject to any lawful retention obligations. To protect Your privacy, we may ask You to verify your identity before processing such requests.

RETENTION OF INFORMATION

Your Personal Data will be collected and processed only for lawful purposes connected with the provision of our immigration and travel services. It shall not be retained beyond the period necessary to fulfill those purposes, unless retention is required by law (such as for taxation, compliance, or legal disputes).

Due to the global nature of our services (supporting travel and migration to 50+ countries ), Your information may be transferred to computers and servers located outside of India—specifically to the jurisdiction of the country you are applying to visit or migrate to.
