You are duly authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3. Our Services

Shivansh Consultants provides consultancy and facilitation services, which may include but are not limited to visa assistance, document preparation, travel documentation support, and related advisory services. We act as an intermediary and facilitator between clients and the relevant authorities or service providers.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, or result from any government body, embassy, consulate, or third-party authority. Final decisions rest solely with the respective authorities concerned.

4. Ordering and Engagement Process

By placing a request or order through our Service:

You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You must provide accurate and complete information required for the engagement.
All service requests are subject to applicable fees, service charges, and any other costs, which you agree to pay in full.
You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is correct. Shivansh Consultants shall not be liable for any adverse outcome arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
You authorize Shivansh Consultants to act on your behalf in accordance with the scope of services agreed upon.

5. Your Information and Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any unauthorized person. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

By submitting your information, you grant Shivansh Consultants the right to use such information solely for the purpose of delivering the requested Service, including sharing with third-party service providers or relevant authorities as required.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to provide all information shared with us, and that such information is true, accurate, and complete.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Fee Structure

All service fees, consultancy charges, and any applicable government or third-party fees are communicated to you prior to engagement. Fees are subject to change without prior notice in cases where costs are revised by relevant authorities or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Payment

Payment can be made through the following accepted modes:

Online payment gateway (where available on our platform)
Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) to bank details shared via official email or invoice
Any other mode mutually agreed upon in writing

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and payments are made on time. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Shivansh Consultants.

6.3 Price Revisions

In the event of any change in government fees, embassy charges, courier costs, taxes, or any other external factor beyond our control, we reserve the right to revise the quoted price. In such cases, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your request.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Shivansh Consultants reserves the right to refuse or cancel any service request at any time in the following circumstances:

Unavailability or downtime of relevant embassy, consulate, or third-party systems
Suspected fraud, unauthorized, or illegal transactions
Inaccurate, incomplete, or suspicious information submitted by the client
Any other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances

We follow a strict NO REFUND policy on fees once services have been initiated or submitted to the relevant authority. Any service fees, government fees, or third-party charges paid are non-refundable in the event of rejection, delay, or withdrawal of an application.

Refunds, if applicable in exceptional cases, will only be issued at the sole discretion of Shivansh Consultants and only in cases where services were not initiated.

8. WhatsApp Communication Terms

8.1 Consent

By registering with us or submitting an enquiry, you grant Shivansh Consultants permission to communicate with you via WhatsApp using the phone number provided. This includes service updates, document requests, notifications, and relevant promotional content.

8.2 Communication Scope & Frequency

WhatsApp messages will be limited to relevant, service-related communication. We aim to communicate during regular business hours unless the matter is urgent. We will not spam or send unsolicited unrelated content.

8.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by replying ‘STOP’ to any of our messages. Once opted out, you will not receive further messages unless you re-subscribe.

8.4 Data Privacy

Your phone number and personal information shared via WhatsApp will be used solely for communication purposes and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, text, designs, and materials on our website and platform are the property of Shivansh Consultants or our licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our Service for the purpose of availing our consultancy services. This licence does not grant you any rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our platform.

Shivansh Consultants trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

Shivansh Consultants acts as a consultant and facilitator. We are not responsible for any decisions made by government bodies, embassies, consulates, or any other third-party authority.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Rejection, delay, or cancellation of any application by a relevant authority
Overstay, refusal of entry, detention, deportation, or any immigration consequence
Loss, damage, delay, or misplacement of original documents, passports, or supporting materials during transit or courier, whether handled by us or a third-party courier
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Any event beyond our reasonable control

Any physical transit or courier of documents undertaken at the request of the client is done entirely at the client’s risk. Shivansh Consultants shall bear no responsibility for such transit.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shivansh Consultants, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of or access to our Service
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party
Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Service in any manner that:

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
