In terms of applicable Indian law and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Grievance Officer shall resolve complaints within 15 days of receipt. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Grievance Officer may prefer an appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days from the date of the Grievance Officer’s communication.
